Bacon Wrapped Boneless Chops
Any way that you prepare this chop (pan
fry, grill, broil, George Foreman) it is
juicy, tender and loaded with flavor. Just
remember, to keep that bacon in place, while
cooking, insert some toothpicks to hold the
bacon in place. 7-8 minutes per side.
Marinated Boneless Chops
4 boneless Pork Chops
1 small bottle of Italian salad dressing
Place chops in Ziploc bag with entire
bottle of dressing. Let chops sit in dressing
at least ½ hour. (They are best when they sit
overnight) Flip the bag every 15 minutes.
Place on grill and cook 7 minutes per side on
low to medium heat.
